Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use, why, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.

01

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, to operate the service, and — only with your consent — to understand usage.

02

Strictly-necessary cookies

These are required for the service to function and don’t need consent:

  • → Session cookie — keeps you signed in after login (host-scoped, HTTP-only where applicable).
  • → Consent cookie — remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask again.
  • → Checkout cookies — set by Stripe during payment to operate and secure the transaction.

03

Analytics cookies (consent required)

Where an Organiser enables Google Analytics, we load it only after you accept analytics cookies. Until then, no analytics scripts or cookies are placed. These cookies help measure traffic and usage in aggregate.

04

Managing your choice

You can change your decision at any time:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly-necessary cookies are needed for the service to work.

05

Changes

We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle personal data.
