The annual conference
Past attendees keep coming back to the talks; new ones discover what they missed. The recordings turn into a yearly subscription product — recurring revenue most conferences never seriously costed.
Year-round access · Annual or per-edition pricing
[ Film · music · arts ]
The festival with ticket holders
People who came get a year of access bundled in with their ticket. Outsiders pay for the privilege. Many decide to come next time after seeing what they missed — the cheapest sales tool the festival never had.
Tied to ticket data · Drives future ticket sales
[ Trade body · industry org ]
The members-only summit
Talks are gated to dues-paying members. Renewals climb because the value of membership is concrete and ongoing — not just a logo on a website. Past summits become the baseline benefit.
Subscription gating · Auto-renewals

The private archive
The recordings aren't for general release — they're for sponsors, partners, board members, or selected investors. Zanzo runs it as a private members' library, invisible to the public.
Hidden from search · Curated access lists

[ Why organisers pick us ]
[ 01 ]
An archive that earns its keep
Talks from previous editions don't need to retire to a hard drive. Between events, they earn — quietly — as new subscribers arrive and old ones return for a second look.
[ 02 ]
Your name on every screen
Your domain, your colours, your wordmark. Audiences sign up on your site, never ours. We keep our brand out of yours.
[ 03 ]
Free, paid, or members only
Ticket holders watch for free. Outsiders pay. Members get everything, including the parts not for general release. You set the rules; we enforce them.
[ 04 ]
No video team required
Drag the recordings in, write the titles, hit publish. We look after the encoding, the hosting, the player, and the unglamorous bits behind it. Email support on every plan.
[ 05 ]
See who watched what
An admin dashboard with the things sponsors and speakers actually ask for: views per talk, watch time, subscriber growth, geography. Exportable for the year-end report.
[ 06 ]
Hosted in Frankfurt, on purpose
Viewer data, payments, recordings — all kept inside the EU. GDPR-ready by default. DPAs signed with every sub-processor. The compliance conversation with your legal team is short.

[ Questions ]
Who is this for?
[ 01 ]
Conferences and festivals that record their talks — and want them seen for more than the day they were given. Think of Zanzo as a private streaming service for your event: branded as you, gated to the people you choose. Tech, design, business, film, music, trade fairs. Anything where the audience pays to be in the room. Run by organisers, marketers, sales teams and creatives, not by developers.
Is this for live streaming too?
[ 02 ]
No, on-demand only. Zanzo is the home for what you've already recorded — the back catalogue and this year's edition once it's wrapped. If you need a live broadcast service for an event in progress, that's a different product (a dedicated live tool like StreamYard or Restream). Once the live is done and the recording exists, that's where we begin.
We have last edition’s recordings on a hard drive. Can we use them?
[ 03 ]
That is precisely the use case. Drag the files into the admin and we look after the rest — encoding, hosting, the player, all of it. Your team writes the titles, descriptions, and speaker bios.
How do members and ticket holders sign in?
[ 04 ]
Email and a one-time code. No passwords. You decide who gets which talks — free for past ticket holders, paid for outsiders, members only for an annual subscription. All configurable from the admin.
Do we need a video team?
[ 05 ]
No. The admin is built for editors and producers, not developers. If your team can run a content website or upload to YouTube, they can run this. Email support comes with every plan.
Can we mix free and paid content?
[ 06 ]
Yes. Free trailers for everyone, full talks behind a ticket, season passes, annual subscriptions, members-only premieres — any combination. The structure is yours; we enforce it.
What about analytics?
[ 07 ]
An admin dashboard with views per talk, total watch time, subscriber count and growth, and viewer geography. Exportable as CSV for sponsor reports and end-of-edition wrap-ups. Speakers can be given a per-talk read-out if you want to share it.
Captions and accessibility?
[ 08 ]
Auto-generated captions for English first, with French, German, Spanish, Italian and Hungarian following. Manual SRT upload for any language. The player follows EU Accessibility Act guidelines — keyboard navigable, screen-reader friendly, contrast-tested.
Whose name is on the receipt?
[ 09 ]
Yours. Subscribers pay you directly through Stripe Connect — Zanzo stays in the background. Your tax details, your VAT number, your business name on every invoice. We never appear on the customer side.
How does the platform fee work?
[ 10 ]
Two parts: a flat monthly subscription for the platform, and a small percentage of subscriber revenue (3–7% depending on plan). The percentage is taken automatically through Stripe Connect's application fee. We send you one tidy invoice each month for both — accounted in your books as a single B2B service line.
Can we leave later? Do we keep the customers?
[ 11 ]
Yes to both. The domain, the customer list, the content, and the payments processor — all yours. We export everything on request, no questions asked. The platform is not a lock-in.
Who's using Zanzo today?
[ 12 ]
Conferences and festivals that record their talks and want them seen beyond the day. Onboarding is fully self-serve: create your account, choose a plan, and you can be uploading the same day. Email support comes with every plan if you’d like a hand getting started.
Where is the data stored?
[ 13 ]
Frankfurt, in the EU. GDPR-ready by default. All sub-processors are EU-based and have signed DPAs.
[ Build a living archive ]
Upload your recordings, open the doors, and give every talk a home that keeps creating value long after the event ends. Launch in days — no setup fees, no contracts, no commitment.
